Tina GriebenowDRE # 02022472
With a rich family history of living in the South Bay - her son, Chris and daughter, Erika marking her family’s 4th generation of native South Bay residents - there’s no doubt Tina Griebenow loves and appreciates her home town. As a Realtor-Associate of Schneider Properties, Tina has a unique understanding and knowledge of what this beach community has to offer. “Ever since I can remember, I’ve loved the serenity of the ocean. I also enjoy early morning walks on the Strand, watching my family play volleyball on the sand, and having Sunday potluck dinners on the beach with my husband, Larry along with extended family and friends. It is just a happy place to live”.
Tina’s family has also been a part South Bay’s history; from her paternal grandfather, RobertBoice who owned the original Bait and Tackle store on the Hermosa Pier, to both sets of grandparents whose homes in the Hollywood Riviera (circ. 1920s) and Hermosa Beach (1907) are still standing today. Tina’s long-time, local knowledge greatly serves her clients. “Having lived here my entire life, I understand the importance of actualizing my clients’ desires of finding their dream home, raising their children or realizing their aspirations of living here...because I’ve done it myself.”
From her experience in sales and raising her children, Tina’s ability to think creatively and work efficiently has resulted in successful real estate transactions. “I had a listing here in Manhattan Beach, but the homeowners lived down in Orange County, so I offered them our concierge service. I oversaw the renovation of this house to put on the market, including repairs, renovations, and staging - the whole nine yards. If my clients are in or out of the area, I make sure their home is absolutely ready to sell.”
